COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXM-340W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tucker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC693MDL655F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HDS032W075NHS1201FW manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E710 by Manufacturer Tucker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asea Brand EH450C32VDCT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as F350C12E equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H362 made by Square-D as well as the popular GCM86120 original spares produced by Barber-Colman Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600EPSA1 by Fanuc and F350C12E spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EVM32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
